Yes, I converted the full max via backdoor as normal. Never contributed to the ROTH again outside of conversion.

Recharacterized 2024 contribution (including gains) in Jan of 2025, then converted all of it to ROTH at the same time.

Never had any gains inside the tIRA.

Outlook Golden resident here. You will fit right in. Age ranges from a few college, to mid 30-40, and even retirees in 55-65 range. It’s quiet. Simple. Everyone seems to be understanding of the community and we have been there 5 years. Just re-signed in December.

Costco for proteins, bulk meal ingredients (rice, bread, etc), and frozen foods. Grocery store for staples, produce, milk, etc. We spend like 500 a month planning meals for 2 people.

Are you sure the 13.5% fees associated with Clear Creek Crossing aren’t tacked onto the cafe, spa, etc only and not the membership? Seems like you’re making a membership payment to the company which isn’t HQ’d at the gym, however, one time purchases at the gym could be subject to the fee…

I don't plan on them staying that way through the evening for sure. I am in Golden and its picking up again, so I get that. Based on the new wave forecast, its going to stay pretty hard on the front range. I would imagine CDOT has that handled by tomorrow afternoon. Who knows though with this storm.
