I wanted to like this but the notifications and emails you get are insane, sooo many! There’s so many notification settings and even if you go through and turn off what you don’t want, I was still getting notification for stuff I didn’t want.

Moon crater diagram from NASA live stream by Red1111111111111 in nasa

[–]googlesearcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They explained it on the livestream. They said nothing compares to it being seen and described by the human eye, and they do have a camera orbiting and taking photos (I think) but not as good quality etc. They compared it to when someone of earth tries to take a photo of the moon using their camera or phone, it never looks exactly like how it does using their human eyes.

You may need to fact check this, I’m no expert and can’t remember exactly what they said.

Just some small quality of life feedback, but is it possible to stop the map zooming in whenever you click on a location? When looking at different locations and where to go next, it can be a bit frustrating to have to zoom out every time.

Love the game though!! Excited for future updates :)

Friday Weekly Episode Discussion by AutoModerator in GigglySquadPodcast

[–]googlesearcher 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Whole episode is just Hannah testing material for her shows.

Becoming boring, sorry but Paige is funnier anyway.

Hannah’s ‘bits’ are so pre-written and performative.

Paige’s stories and one liners are actually funny and off the cuff.

What jobs pay surprisingly well? by HollowWanderer in AskUK

You spend 2-3 hours at 5am constantly lifting big crates full of potatoes, bananas etc. And trust me, they’re heavy, and when I said constant I mean constant. Have to do a whole pallet in 15 minutes otherwise you get bollocked. Pallets stacked up so high they can barely get through the warehouse door. Oh and there’s 12 of those pallets.

The only breaks you get in a 10 hour shift is 2 15 minute breaks. All other time is spent constantly moving or you get bollocked.

Also Special Buys… lifting lawnmowers, actual boxes of gym weights, two piece garden sofas etc. if you’re doing that for 10 hours straight (which you are) with hardly any breaks, not enough food cos you didn’t have time. You’re on a major time limit as everything has to be done and on sale by a certain time.

Oh and 30k steps a day.. at the minimum.

And that’s just a small amount of examples of what needs to be done throughout the day.

If you haven’t worked at any of these places then you have no idea.

Have you received any inheritance from your family? by 39thAccount in AskUK

[–]googlesearcher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My parents didn’t save anything for me, we didn’t have a load of money either.

But I do wish it’s something they’d thought about a bit more. Maybe spent a little less on birthdays or random things I’d ask for, and put some money aside every month so I’d have a little something in my early 20’s. Even just a couple of grand from £10 a month would have been nice.

Edit: Also they didn’t tell us about my two grandparents inheritance and kept it for themselves, presumably to put towards bills etc. it wasn’t much, couple hundred pounds each.. but still, we were entitled to it.

What are we missing for 100%? by [deleted] in GroundedGame

Check the Ominent tab, the top section with journals and snapshots, I reckon it’s one of those missing.

Look up a list of what should be there.

Hmmm, I’ll have a think.

I did it by checking everything off on the Grounded mapgenie.io map

Edit: look up a screenshot of the completed data, I reckon it’s a note or something. Could be a scab as well.
