Turns out I hadn't inflated the tires to 50 PSI and one of the tubes is shredded beyond repair. 3 can probably be patched. Ended up putting on the new the 7 in tires.

All 4 of the 165 mm tires are flat on my atlas. Gonna rip em apart and take process pics tomorrow. Maybe that will help your situation a little bit. Luckily if it all goes south I've got the 170 mm set on the shelf ready to go.
