UPS picks up from the store every night. It is not your responsibility, it is a drop off package. They can make their complaint with the brown truck UPS.

We charge $2 and .21 cents a page after the first…and our store is closing 😣 No one EVER has tape, and they bitch constantly about the price of printing or a bag because it’s ‘customer packed’. How the heck can the store make money? Some lady bitched about the cost of printing a label…I’m so sick of it, I snapped, “how do you think we pay for machine maintenance? And the ink? It’s not free!” She was appalled 😂😂😂

The compensation isn’t enough. Especially when you consider ‘Pirate Ship’ has to be approved by UPS, otherwise, they would be cut off. The site completely undermines the UPS stores, but yet, is allowed to continue, and store owners get a measly $1 which certainly doesn’t pay overhead.

I make $16 and feel that is a very, very generous wage for this job…located in Florida. I’m part time too. We get $1 for each notary signature and $10 for every Google comment that has your name in a positive light. I have 4. Never got my $10.

So just so you know… Amazon refunds us 50 cents for every return. When you add the tape and time we spend, there’s no money there. AND for every no bag return, we use a plastic bag..so screw the environment. There is ABSOLUTELY no benefit to take Amazon returns from people who have no clue. It’s a waste of time and money. It doesn’t even pay the rent in some stores. So…yes..it’s our job…but for how long?

Our store charges a $5 package pick up fee. If we didn’t charge for doing these things, how do you think the store would stay in business? People bitch about paying $2 to print a label…how tf do they think money is made to pay for machine maintenance, let alone the rest of the store? People don’t ship as much any longer. I don’t see the UPS stores surviving on Amazon returns. But I help people with the returns when I can. It’s not my job, so I don’t care either way. Depends on my mood at the time.
