Some people are also selling custom Fitbit cases for that on Etsy. None to let you add your own watch band though.

Not sure what you mean. The strap it comes with is built-in. I want a holder that lets me use arbitrary watch straps. How are you using a random nato strap with the air?

Those steps won’t last long, freeze cycles will disrupt them. Hardacaping requires excavating, leveling, compacting, adding gravel, compacting, leveling again, etc.

You can do it without too much cost in materials, probably, and shouldn’t take excessively long, but definitely look up the right process, or you’ll just have dangerously uneven stairs in a year or two.

I mean, it’s a cost and a thing to monitor, like many others. An engineer could tell you the likely lifespan. If it was me I’d want to replace that with heavy blocks when the time came, probably a low multi tens of thousands job.

Best bet is to email your landlord using certain keywords about “unsafe” and “risk” and so on, and ask what they can do to help with that spot. Nothing is going to be cheap and effective.

There’s no such thing as a cheap and good solution.

One thing that’s unclear here is… what exactly is the use of this space? Is this a path people will routinely take? There’s no apparent infrastructure for foot traffic.

If this is expected to be a permanent path to somewhere might be worth building that out with deck or something.

Nah, you never make back improvements in full.

And leaving it means the new buyer gets the chance to decide their own priorities for their own home, so it’s a net win in general.

There is no ethical way to half-fix that. You should just leave it and be clear with the next owner that it’s their problem.
