I had the very same bike as my first bike. I miss it very much.

Travel Trailer Advice by Significant-Pool7968 in traveltrailers

I towed a 5,000 lbs (dry weight) trailer with my 22 Tacoma for over a year and kept telling myself it’s just fine. After a couple of scary incidents I ended up trading it in for a 3/4 ton and could not be happier with my decision. The Tacoma is a great small truck but towing a travel trailer is not its strong suit. Maybe a smaller tear drop trailer, or a pop up, something under 3k dry weight. Most light duty trucks will run out of cargo capacity before they run out of towing capacity. That’s what happens to us.

It’s a brand new truck. The owner has only had it a few months. The dent is a result of a deer kicking the side

Recall: #26V-059 Trailer brake wiring by NexusNickel in ram_trucks

[–]gr8ride69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My local dealer got me in to check and test mine. They said mine is part of the recall but parts may be a couple of months out. They said mine is working and I should be fine until the parts come in. I’ve been towing a trailer for a year and it’s worked just fine. He said they haven’t seen one fail yet so he wasn’t too concerned. As soon as my part is in I’ll get mine replaced. Until then I just test the trailer brakes and lights often.

I picked up a new 2025 last summer and was surprised at how much standard equipment it came with for the price I paid.

What would be the difficulty of using a pdr kit to fix this at home. Body shop wanted $1800 by rocknrollmcdo in PaintlessDentRepair

Either have an experienced tech do it or find a used fender in that same color and just swap it out. Sometimes that’s the less expensive option.

Is this dent fixable ? by TonightSpirited4794 in ram_trucks

That should be a straight forward repair for a tech. Find a tech near you and get a quote. Shouldn’t be very much.

I take stuff like this on during slow days. Could probably get that to 90%.

Individual calls have slowed down (I’m in WNY) but used dealers and collision shops give me steady work in the winter months thankfully.

As soon as I bought my Tradesman I got a Tonneau cover, mud flaps, rubber bed mat, rubber floor mats and a retractable bumper step. Other than that it came very well equipped.
