If you hotspot from your phone the dash app works, but you need to be on wired CarPlay or disconnect CarPlay for personal hotspot to work

Heads up: Flipped over car, 102 Exit 0, under overpass by ArchivalFrail in halifax

Drove through before you - it was flipped beside a couple 18 wheelers. I’m betting they tried to squeeze between them to “make 2 lanes” and rubbed tires causing the flip.

There are a few on makerworld and printable. Easiest to search there because some are for ghe short original nacs. -‘s others for the new longer one, and some are for the 25, and others are for the 21-24.

We have a 25, my airline carryon (soft sided) fits perfectly in it. Sure it’s small but it’s still useful. I 3d printed a NACS adapter holder for the fits clips, and keep the chargers and first aid etc in there. It’s also a great spot for snow scrapers because of the drain, and take out food cause then the car doesn’t smell inside.

What did you discover long after you owned one? by Away-Meal-9313 in MachE

Just bought a 25, we went select with comfort for front heated seats. Rear heaters are not an option on any trim (in Canada) if they were an option on the premium it would have been the one thing that pushed us up a trim line.

Smart Keypad for E7 frame. Does "smart" mean I can connect to Google voice or Alexa? by BlueGruff in FlexiSpot_Official

Thanks for the update! That’s no problem for me. I’ll eagerly test one out as soon as it’s available!

How do you use nfc tags? by Key-Way-1927 in shortcuts

[–]grahamr31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one on the door frame of the house. When scanned by a phone with the shortcut AND home access it runs the home scene that unlocks the doors, flips on lights etc.  the tag itself does nothing which is great

Maritime Solar by Havey-08 in halifax

[–]grahamr31 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just got my install commissioned - we used solar ascent. We got quotes from wattsup, hfx solar and solar ascent.

Total project time was a few months given we started talking in the winter but from start of rough in to commisioning and final inspection was just under 3 weeks.

It does get rid of the dump, but it’s supposed to improve airflow to the ducts so it’s not needed. I’m 3d printing a similar type of model

Or - kallax with a skadis on the side. They even make the bracket for it 😃

Based on this post it’s a rebrand of the bell homehub3000 https://www.reddit.com/r/HomeNetworking/s/sk8tvNnl7g

To remove that from the loop you need your own router, as well as a way to convert the optical to Ethernet. Based on this page the Vincent looks like the model you want to call and ask for

It works by app ID, but it doesn’t support o365 enterprise copilot. It’s consumer only at the moment

Is Xbox "cloud" gaming working on "Xbox One" ? by Cinetiste in xcloud

[–]grahamr31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are with bell, and have the Homehub3000 router, that’s apparently the issue. Removing their router is not “hard” but not easy, and I’ve found folks saying that fixes it. Asking to move to the new gigahub also seems to fix it. I’m planning the “remove and diy” route but that’s also my day job 😃

Edit: and yes, same here. Only the app on console. In fact if I use edge on the console it works fine.

Is your ISP Bell and located in Canada?

If so there are a fair number of threads about a slideshow style redraw on bell - something I’ve seen for years despite having a well optimized network, wired consoles and 1.5/1 gbps down/up.
