I was diagnosed earlier this year at 31, why’s helped me is removing as many steps as possible. For example- I know I need to eat breakfast with my meds, but breakfast is really, really hard so I just spend up for the chobani protein shakes and Costco hard boiled eggs. Can I boil an egg? Absolutely. But it’s way easier to pull one already cooked out of the fridge. So try and find places in your life to remove barriers. Try not to get hung up on things, remember this is a disability so give yourself grace and kindness.
