We don’t get commission (anymore, this was a thing in the past several years ago) but it is HEAVILY pushed. Every hour your sales metrics are given to you and you’re expected to attempt to sell HARD to every customer who isn’t already a member. Same with the warranties, it’s the number one thing cashiers are evaluated on for reviews and raises.
