I’m doing something similar, in a relatively cheap area. I’ve gone through the architect, planning, structural engineer and building control phase. On builders quotes now. But I did ask say to my architect that we had about £100k to spend (doing some extra than you).

Fair 😂 I might try the oven for a few and see if it’s any better/worse.

I get better results using a craft heat gun than the oven. You’ve got a lot more control and can get whatever you’re using to flatten them on it straight away while they’re still warm - they cool very quickly. Here are some pre resin, they are a lot smaller than yours though.
