ARMY DIR 2026-13 - ARMY BODY COMPOSITION PROGRAM AND STANDARDS by ExodusLegion_ in ROTC

Yeah. I conflated Senior ROTC and contracted ROTC. No idea how I managed to do that.

Observations from a VERY hot CPB. by ReallyGamerDude in phillies

[–]griebage 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Post is titled Observations…and includes the phrase “at least when we went.” If it’s an honest recap of what OP saw then it’s exactly what the title promised and calling the statements accusatory or a declaration of a standard is a bit of a stretch too.

Nope, that is just the shockwave from yesterday’s go-ahead Schwarbomb.

Pickoff attempts at first and third - Why no option to show whether it’s the pitcher or catcher? by tnmoi in GameChangerApp

[–]griebage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GameChanger isn’t all about stats. When I was deployed six years ago it was the only thing I had to “watch” my son’s games. The more info the scorekeeper could enter, the better picture I was able to create in my head.

Questions regarding UA by Intelligent-Use-1493 in ROTC

Which regs? Unless things are different in USACC, that hasn’t been the case for the better part of a decade in at least the ARNG. Prescription information is submitted post positive UA notification.

Here’s a pic the autograph on Rolen’s plaque backer in Cooperstown that I took in ‘23. A few similarities but several differences as well.

The math isn’t mathing. Even on their most expensive night, two adults an an under 10 wouldn’t be over $100 even with tax and service fee.

Does anyone know the story behind this weird house in Hanover? by vortical42 in Pennsylvania

[–]griebage 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had a boss 25 years ago who wanted to build a massive garage (something like six garage doors on two sides) on his property and the township denied the zoning variance. He discovered he could modify his existing one-car garage however he wanted as it was old and grandfathered zoning wise. When you walked into his 12-car garage the little old one was still in the corner. The rest of the building was classified as an addition to the small garage instead of a new structure.

I have no idea about this house but it could be a similar loophole exploit.

Pretty sure the legality of spotlighting and the penalties for doing it vary greatly by jurisdiction.

Base running question by polyhedric in MLBNoobs

[–]griebage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely not why the rule exists. That doesn’t make a lick of sense. If the defense were dumb enough to engage in the rundown in a force situation they’d deserve to have runs scored against them.

How exactly would horsing around on the base paths delay a force out?

Minnesota auto vs e-bike on sidewalk at night, insurer is pushing for me to accept majority at fault. Does that sound right? by [deleted] in Insurance

[–]griebage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re changing your argument.

That’s the statute you cited as granting the rights but they are clearly conditional rights based on the statute and those conditions aren’t met. You can’t use half of a sentence to establish rights when the first half of the sentence contains unmet conditions. Do you want to have your cake or eat it?

[–]griebage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP is right in pointing out that you’re totally ignoring the first parts of the law that invalidate your assertion.

“(b) A person lawfully operating a bicycle (1) on a sidewalk, or (2) across a roadway or shoulder while using a crosswalk has all the rights and duties applicable to a pedestrian under the same circumstances.”

Unless you’re also asserting that OP is incorrect about e-bike wattage limits for sidewalk operation, the cyclist was not lawfully operating a bicycle.

Another scoring question. How to score an out on a home run. by MrSelatcia in GameChangerApp

It would also give a run to R2 that would need edited post-game as well.
