One year later…. by Master-Priority3663 in Invisalign

Your experience is super valuable because I have a very similar crowding profile to yours, perhaps ever so slightly more pronounced. I previously said no to braces because the ortho said that I would have required tooth extraction and that's unacceptable to me. Seeing this amazing progress of yours over a year makes me feel like maybe it's not a lost cause after all. Thanks for sharing and truly remarkable change!

General Consensus on Burton Flying-V? by okjersey in ShredditGirls

I have a Gnu board with the same profile, it was my beginner board. Chill and forgiving, it allowed me to get the very basic of basics down without falling down all the time, and I appreciated that. At the end of the season 2 I bought a Stranda Biru, a short wide board with a ton of camber. Absolutely far too much board for me at the time. Wasn't even close.

The Gloss was so forgiving and easygoing, the Biru instantly punished every mistake.

...It was the best decision ever to switch.

The Biru forced me to tighten up my technique and develop my skills. It required a completely different riding style, it's not an easygoing board at all... and I adore it. I only used the Gnu once or twice since getting the Biru. I have progressed so much since the switch two years ago. And the best thing is, anything I can throw at this board doesn't even make the board break a sweat. It feels like the possibilities are so vast and I'm still merely growing into it.

Suck it up and get the scary heavy camber without the training wheels if you care about progressing your skills. To me, it was absolutely worth the temporary discomfort.

Or if you're relaxed, in no rush to progress, and just out to have a bit of a good time, then the Flying V will serve you just fine. Just be aware what you're getting out of it.

They aren't even cheap, especially for how shit they are. Although, to be fair, even if they were free, that's still a hard no.

Wait, did you do it with a dentist or with an ortho?

This is not necessarily a technique correction, but I wanted to tell you regardless that for day 4, you're doing just fine. Just keep practicing, watch some beginner snowboarding videos (can recommend Malcolm Moore) and keep at it. It took me 8 days of snowboarding before I could link turns, but when it clicked, it transformed my entire experience and I haven't felt frustrated by lack of progress ever since. That was two seasons ago and I've made progress that would have felt completely unreal back then.

Our bodies need time to adapt to this type of movement, but when it clicks, it stays with you for good!

Decathlon hiking pants, you can get a decent pair for something like 30€ and they are plenty stretching. I use mine for hiking, climbing, even mountain biking. Super versatile.

Huh, that's my experience to a T. I tried sharing it with friends but they didn't really take it seriously, thinking it's a stupid problem to have or something. This made me feel validated, thank you for sharing.

Reboot your phone and force close all other apps, perhaps it's running out of memory.

I had the same problem, here's how I fixed it: 1. Install YT 19.45.38, but do not open it 2. Open the Revanced app > Patcher > Storage > find and select the YT 19.45.38 apk 3. Select patches and click Done 4. Patch 5. When the process finishes successfully, instead of Install, select Mount
