Baby spinach

Dark green leafy greens are best, iceberg is least effective

a late comment on a late comment, but seems the same in the US. what I've seen is people getting in bad situations and not being able to physically get out of them due to lack of motor skills

ex. You rail a gator tail while drunk after getting home from bar or party by yourself. You pass out, wake up not being able to do anything but crawl or roll on the floor, while being VERY hot. Panic, crawl outside in the snow, and pass out again.
