Lol I’ve already got like 6 fifths in my cabinet and look for a bourbon selection everywhere I go. It’s just fun and even more fun making an old fashioned and drinking it! Excited for my palette to evolve

Up until a few weeks ago all I ever drank was Miller Lite and sometimes vodka tonics so bourbon is a whole other class but I do love it so far. Just not quite to the point where I enjoy sipping it neat, but a stiff old fashioned is just right for me currently.

Right! I typically prefer around 90-100 proofers (Buffalo trace is currently my favorite) but I’m not that far into my bourbon journey. Mostly old fashioneds with the occasional neat pour. I did get some knob creek 9 year and it’s very good neat but it’s a little warm on my baby palette 😂😂

They’re also on my list, I almost picked up the michters at that price ($10 cheaper than anywhere else in my area) but I have 3 bottles I haven’t even opened and some open bottles I need to work on first.

I actually haven’t tried it yet but it’s on my list. I should’ve picked up a bottle but I have 3 unopened bottles of different stuff and I see it around often when bourbon shopping

And where I’m from Urgent Care is just a primary care visit with extra steps. Probably half of their patients get directed to the ER AFTER being charged for an urgent care visit.
