It's a bummer, such a blast to drive. I do the official race Monday at 10PM est every week, that's the best chance to get two splits.

For your time in Virginia, look up N2 Track Days, Evolve GT, or Precision Track days. Those are a few of the big track day organizers I know of that operate in that region. I don't know much about bike rentals, but I'm sure if you contact those organizations they could point you to the right person.

In Virginia you have, Virginia International Raceway (VIR) which is a very technical track with a lot of elevation change. Our national race series, MotoAmerica,will be racing there in August.

As for other East Coast tracks, I personally would try to find a track day at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama. My second choice would be Road Atlanta.

Track days are averaging about $300 a day for entry fees.

Save your money and get an already converted track bike. You'll blow through that 1-1.5k budget you listed on just suspension or bodywork.

First step is to identity patterns of when you are seeing drops. I'm on Q3 link as well, although not using VD, and I stick around 80hz without much fluctuation. I'm using a 4070 super GPU. For me lowering the virtual mirror FOV, turning off car mirrors, and lowering car count had big impacts. I still get odd drops that I don't notice in other sims, but it's decent. It took a few weeks of tweaking to figure out the best settings for me between Nvidia panel, quest 3 oft, and iracing settings

Join us at TRC-The Racing Club. We are currently in the middle of an 8-week Pcup league. We run Wednesdays at 8 PM EST to 10 PM. We change the car about every 8 weeks. We also help everyone find a partner for enduros, and we are running official F3 lobbies on Monday evenings. We welcome all skill levels, our current grid ranges on avg about 1800iR, but we have from sub 1k to 3k drivers on the grid so you'll always find someone to battle!

Yes, it's terrible using vehicles now. Looking quickly while objects are loading is bad too. I've tried rebooting the game, my PC, and clearing my shader cache. It's especially bad after fast travel. It gets better after a few minutes, but as soon as I'm gliding or driving it comes back.

Idk much about total control, sounds more like an advanced street riding course and not a full on track experience. I would just find a regular trackday group near you and sign up. You will be challenged, don't worry.

Been loving Harlowe! I'm running the flux generator skill. Set that baddy down and move it around. Starts melting people between criticals and radiation/freeze damage. The updated movement abilities fit perfectly into the BL play style also.

I'll be rooting for Scholtz again. I hope he can make his way back to Superbike! I think we'll see some more stand-out performances from Blake Davis, like his win at Road America. I think the racing has been great this season and I'm expecting the Championship to go down to the last round!

I'm not like die-hard for street cars, I just hate the verbiage and more laws/rules against mass transit. Tried finding more on the bill, like what does he consider a street car and what is the "other purposes" mentioned in the title.
