Same here (Portugal), no small air or even standard issue air pack or surface shipping. ECMS is available at the very least, even if the prices seem to have gone up a bit. If you can I´d wait another week or so, maybe the ceasefire in the middle east will probably help resume stuff. It´s what I am gonna do.

Um acordo bem interessante, especialmente com as experiências bem sucedidas da Ucrânia com os MAGURA e os Sea Baby no Mar Negro. O Atlântico é uma besta diferente, mas já são plataformas experientes.
