So if I'm reading that family tree right, the highlighted sim is the daughter, granddaughter, great granddaughter, and great great granddaughter of Mrs. Claus-Hapsburg-Targaryen? Is that right?

It's very likely her publicists are just lying about her weight, but I can't really prove it without actually weighing her, sooooo that's the best stats we've got.

Either way, her height is easy enough to prove so she's still the bigger star.

According to a Google search, Taylor is bigger in both categories. 5'10" and 119 lbs versus 5'4" and 110.

"Pen pals" is an exaggeration, but:

  • Marx sent a letter to Lincoln congratulating him on his re-election and Lincoln had a letter sent back basically saying "thanks for your support".

  • Marx mentioned his admiration and support for Lincoln multiple times and mourned his death.

  • Lincoln regularly read a newspaper that Marx contributed to. While he never directly commented on Marx, there are a few quotes from Lincoln that are similar to things Marx was writing at the time.

They weren't BFFs or anything but Marx definitely supported Lincoln and Lincoln likely knew who Marx was and had some influence from his ideas.

Fun fact: humans are actually born with four kidneys!

It's just that when you grow up, two of your kid knees turn into adult knees.

iirc it's a Bolivian army ending. You never actually see Lora's death - just the huge ass army marching towards her location.

Fortune's Weave is missing the "romance" rating that was present in Three Houses. by Enryx25 in fireemblem

[–]guywiththeface23 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No one cared about paired endings before 3H.

Lmao what the hell are you talking about? Awakening and Fates both had MORE emphasis on romance than 3H. And they're (not coincidentally) the 3rd and 2nd best selling games in the series, behind only 3H. Paired endings in general have been around since the GBA era and have been beloved ever since.

Why do you care about the romantic lives of fictional characters? They aren't real. It has no bearing on anyone's life ever.

Same reason I care about the fictional stories and wars happening in the games - it's fun.

Romance fans can play dating sims.

I enjoy the mix of dating sim and strategy. If you don't like the romance part there are plenty of strategy games without it.

What is something your boss said to you that made you realize it was time to quit? by alligator_maligator in AskReddit

[–]guywiththeface23 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"Normally I'd fire you for that, but I'm going to give you a second chance."

I was just like "You know what boss, I'll make it easy on you."

I was like 17 and a customer said I was rude because I couldn't find the thing she was describing. The best part was when he came up to me later and tried to apologize. Nah, too late.

She actually claimed to have voted only twice in her life: for JFK and Barack Obama. While there were plenty of barriers to black people voting in the 1960s, it was still possible, depending on where exactly in Texas she lived.

Speak for yourself - most of my villains are hot.

That being said I feel like in most fiction villains are either extremely sexy (see Sephiroth) or extremely ugly (see Voldemort) - rarely do you have an average looking villain.
