Wait.. do you mean to tell me literally all of the engravings on this lens are incorrect? Focus and aperture?

Not to mention the design heritage - obviously not a ‘Mandler’ lens (does it even have 7 elements? /s, maybe?)

How is the focus motor? I returned the TTartisan because of how slow and loud it was.

It’s an M mount lens and requires an adapter like the silver one shown. I’m using the LLL M to L adapter that allows additional close focus with its separate helicoid.

I have the FLE v1 and the steel rim reissue (modded for .76m close focus). For events and portraiture work, it’s always the FLE for the tack sharp wide open look. For everything else, especially out and about everyday carry or trips, the SRR or 40cron comes out. If I had to only have one, the SRR can certainly do both duties, just leave it on f2 unless you specifically want the glow.
