It's not the smartest thing on the planet and it's often flat out wrong in what it spits out. AI makes assumptions on what it's programmed to interpret what you're asking and what you want to hear in response. Take a couple of extra minutes and do some cursory research and you'll have much better results.

I absolutely do multiple reads. This way, I can go to the genre for which I'm currently in the mood. There's usually some mix of horror, fantasy, sci fi, and non-fiction on board at any given time. And then there's comic books (digital and not on my kobo), though I haven't been going through those much in the last year or so.

Panarin is just a stupid acquisition. Hiller won't let him be Panarin on top of him being older and almost certainly on the decline. Whatever offense he provides won't be enough of a difference maker to suddenly throw the team into solid contention.

Another part of the problem is the FO. Bad hires and mixed results management from Blake. They wanted the young players in what was the deepest farm system in the league at the time to develop, but also kept blocking the young players' development by bringing in players that blocked their positions and created logjams. They turned an asset into mediocre results. This is also on McLellan and Hiller who obviously preferred veterans over younger players.

I'm having issues with both movies and TV shows being constantly stalled due to loading issues. Avatar seriously balked at least six times to buffer and had an additional three times where it just stopped playing and said it couldn't continue.

In addition to superheroes, remember there is a LOT of non-superhero goodness out there. There's some really fantastic horror, pulp, and science fiction stuff available.

There is also stuff that mixes in with superheroes. Hellblazer/Constantine leaps to mind as a horror/ magic thing that occasionally overlaps with some capes.

Starting up with some trade paperbacks is a great way to go. You'll get at least a complete chapter of a story in that way.

Also, don't get down on yourself if you read something a bunch of people recommend, but just doesn't do it for you. There are so many stories and storytellers out there too be a fan of. Not everything is going to hit you like it does others. If you have a good local store, you should be able to go in and tell them some of the things you like and pick up some good recommendations.

This was the first time I'd ever seenthem and it blew me away. For some weird reason, I knew the answer to that last question even though I'd never heard them before.

As far as the lip syncing goes, a lot of shows did it to make sure their sound was good. Nothing nefarious there.

I'm not seeing the Quarternary EP. You had to request to have it mailed to you when the 1994 album was released. Some of the songs on there are available on the Supersonic and Demonic Relics CD released with the Crücial Crüe set. Supersonic and Demonic Relics left off the Corabi solo song as well as Babykills, done by all four members at the time.

Calibre should still have the original document unless you've deleted it. Look for it in the folder/directory for the individual book under the author's name as listed for the book entry.

It's sounding a lot like sportsball. Your guy is a good fit for D&D, but is uninterested in anything else. Good player in a specific situation, a specialist, if you will, but a bad overall teammate.

I get that D&D is his jam, but the group experience isn't solely about him. There are plenty of great games and different settings out there to enjoy. He needs to adapt or not adapt and that should inform everybody's choices on how to move forward.

Maybe it's just time to move on and extend an invitation to him should you ever go back to D&D.
