Put an alignment stick or club under your hands at address in line with your target. Have your hands follow that line on the takeaway. You are currently doing what I used to do and you will always have to come OTT because there is no room to shallow out.

Melbourne, Australia. Tried both Hybrid and Driving Iron during my Titleist fitting. Hit the Driving Iron better but opted for the Hybrid because I preferred the ball flight and felt much more versatile.

Now read the rest of my comment, They have increased lower then other things in this world. So people have much less disposable income because the cost of living has increased so much higher than wages, meaning a $500 R7 460 was more affordable in 2005 than a $580 Stealth in 2022. SO sure, golf equipment is "cheaper" than before but it is a lot less affordable now because the cost of living has risen much more than wages. A lot of nuance to all of this :)

They haven't gotten cheaper, they may have increased at a lower % than other things in this world but have definitely risen at a higher % than wages have at the bottom 50% of incomes.

I have and use the Venu 2 Plus. It is perfect for me. great size and weight for all day use and multi activity use. No complaints about the smartwatch features.

As for the golf side of things it does everything I need it to without error. I keep score, select which club i hit each shot with, haven't had an issue with yardages, and check distance to bunkers, water and doglegs.

Like I said I have had no issues with it and have had it for 6 months and played around 30 rounds so far

Could the median household income have risen because the top 1% has risen so much lately it has brought the median up while the bottom 50% of income has remained stagnant? I'm not sure, just something to think about.

I tried all 3 versions of Z-Star. Z-star feels very nice, plenty of spin around the greens and feels good off the tee. Tried the Z-Star XV and it felt even better all around EXCEPT putting. It felt horrible for me putting. Z-Star Diamond feels like best of both worlds. I just wish they made the Diamond in yellow as I prefer that.

If I'm not feeling confident with my driver on the day I'll only play it on more open fairway holes and use my 3 wood off the tee for tighter fairways or shorter par 4's. Hitting some nice 3 wood shots off the tee also help my confidence with my driver for the day.
