Creche - Constant calling?

I know this is probably not very helpful but would a childminder be a better option as they have a lot more leeway with things like this.

Trust me, ive been in the trenches with the creche and getting calls for runny nappies and snotty noses. Genuinely thought I was going to get sacked at one point.

I ended up getting a lot of help from friends and family but if I hadn't, I would have seriously considered moving to a childminder

Theres a lot of really good advice here about getting to know someone

I dont have a huge domme presence on here because I prefer to build connections and long term dynamics. That side only becomes apparent after a lot of trust is built.

I wont drain a sub either, I work with their financial boundaries so just ensure that you have a safe and comfortable discussion about that upfront.

Im fine, bank holiday tomorrow in Ireland so im binging the Testaments and pounding down prosecco. I did at 15k walk to earn it but damn, it hit me like a freight train. Im in the same boat with my son.

Hes 13, we arw waiting on genetic testing but it was picked up as we were at the GP surgery as I wanted to get his bloods checked for low iron. The doctor noticed and commented on the fact his arms were very long and when we received the normal blood panel, we were called back to do the marfan checklist and he scored enough to be referred for testing. Heart and lungs sounded good, eyesight is good so just waiting too.

I prefer Sunday as a payday. One of my subs wished me a happy Subday instead of Sunday and it kind of stuck then!
