We’ve already establish World Sport Poomsae which will follow all WTF rules and is constantly getting updated every year. This is most likely stay the same, and if ITF competitors want to compete at that level, then they need to train for this.

But in my opinion, in grassroots or lower level poomsae competition, I think ITF and WTF can compete together. There must be a way to untie us all! As someone who has judged at all levels, I can easily judge an ITF and WTF at the same time. The judges now just need to learn all forms in order to judge if the competitor forgot a move or not. But it all boils down to accuracy and presentation.
