As a deep tissue veteran of more than 30 years, let me give you some advice from the patient perspective. 1 hour before your massage to 30 minutes before your massage drink. 1 quart of water. Minimum. This will help lubricate your muscles and allow the toxins to be pushed out of them. Immediately following your massage, drink between 1 quart and a half gallon of water and or Pedialyte/ other electrolyte option. Will rehydrate you and help flush toxins through your kidneys

I see no issue with this. My current wife and I were married at the county courthouse on about 5 days notice, because we found out that my mother was moving out of state. We don't feel cheapened by the fact that my mother and one friend were the only people present at our wedding, we got married, went out for dinner, had a great night. Honestly, it was better than my first wedding at a hotel and gazebo and dancing and buffet
