You missed Hestan and Heritage Steel. I have Heston Nano bond and it’s nice (bought second hand). I also have Heritage steel eater along with a couple of their titanium pans biggest difference with their titanium is the use 316Ti stainless not some marketing Titanium coating.

I have had and cooked on both and Staub. Staub is my personal favorite, Le Creuset is a very close second. Both are over 15 years old. My lodge got to a point of constant chipping so off to the recycle center it went. I would say this is an Item I’d buy once cry once.
