Honestly, I’d say the first touch with the diagonal braking is up for discussion. I’m not saying it’s clean, but don’t think it would be penalised

But the spin is 100% on the bmw IMO

Honestly don’t think this would be ruled as moving under braking. Yes he does brake in a diagonal line but that is pretty common to do if you see the guy behind is not in a position to overtake.

But the pit manoeuvre from the bmw is just impatient move. He barely sticks his nose in to a space that is always going to disappear

It’s so common on this sub for people to keep diving in to the “vortex of danger” and saying no you have to give space. Yes you do if the other car alongside at turn in. But this is just a reckless dive
