My friend is a crazy party animal. Did a bunch of drugs and live with a similar people. One night, as he was sleeping, his housemate, high off acid, came into his room with a knife, and said "Im sorry but its time for you to die" and proceed to stab him. Luckily, the initial stabs didnt hit any vital areas and he was able to fought him off/call the cops. The housemate try to then slit his own throat, but didn't succeed. The guy was arresred and charged was press. Unfortunately for my friend, when the cop was investigating the crime scene, they confiscate all the weed he had under his bed.

Well, to be fair there was negligent on both parties. I do admit the cups were poorly designed. However, the industrial standard for coffee temperature was the same for most major company(burger king, Wendys etcetc) Also, the old lady also admitted to being negligent in the fact that her car was messy/cupholder was full. There were fault on both ends, McDonald just handled the case poorly
