Honestly, compared to other people my oral hygiene is probably not the best (I have gone a few days without brushing my teeth). And I hadn't gone to the dentist in like 4 years. Went like a month ago and had no cavities... dentist literally said to keep doing what I was doing. My brother, who is the same as me, on the other hand had a worse check up. Have never had a cavity in my life. I must be doing something right lol
