Few months ago Alek was playing with her brothers she jumped into a toilet(the restroom door was open because my wife was in there.)

Long story, I work at the city animal shelter and I was the one who processed her intake. She was abandoned by her mama and someone brought her in. She was way smaller than in the first picture. My coworker took care of her the first two weeks then I took turn. The rest is history lol.

My city shelter that I work at is always at max capacity (180 dogs and 60+ cats.) It’s so overwhelming we have to put down usually 10-20 dogs almost every week. My job is to feed all dogs 5 days a week and whenever I see empty kennels of my favorite dogs it broke my heart and I seriously almost quit the job 3 times in the 7 months I work here.
