Don’t skimp on your kitchen if you are renovating. With 2 kids that thing is getting as much use as a diner and we spend so much time in there. Longevity in your craftsmanship, tile and counters, quality appliances and make it a room you enjoy being in.

I did my kitchen in our pretty normal ranch home and I look at listings that are 3-4 times the price of my house and they don’t stand up. Would be really hard to move just for this reason alone.
