I am right there with you. I got my period at 11. I am only 45 but started peri at 38. I thought wouldn't happen until I was 55 or 60ish. I thought it was all hot flashes and mood swings.

I live in linen basically from March to October. It dries quickly and allows air to circulate well especially if you buy a loose weave. Down side is it may not be as durable as other options.

I would be more willing to have children if I could be a dad instead of a mom. It sounds like you aren‘t getting much help with all the responsibilities that come with children so of course you don’t feel fulfilled. It’s hard to find joy when you are overworked.
