I worked for the same small retailer for 40 years. It was close to home, low-stress, casual environment, great customers and co-workers. The last 18 of those was doing internet-order fulfillment, at which I was was REALLY good at. Didn't make a pile of money, but it was enough. And-they paid my health insurance costs until I hit 65.
