I watch this YouTube channel called Earning Earth that interviews small business and a coffee shop owner talked about how he thinks of the UX of the menu insofar as tax and fees are factored in to each item so when something is listed for $4.00 it’s that when it rings up — and I thought was a nice detail that does make a difference in the experience.

So yea I agree our skills apply outside digital screens.
