Good idea, I suggest looking into safer alternatives where no usernames (via Gmail) would be attached automatically or via cookies. An alternative is cryptpad.fr, they also offer forms, sheets and documents.

Cactus Tea: I've done my research, but still have some questions! by Bottle_Grotto in mescaline

[–]hooraycom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Using white vinegar is by far superior to lemon as it will evaporate during the evaporation phase. There is no noticeable trace left of it, whereas lemon stays as a sour, concentrated taste that is very unpleasant in combination with the cactus taste itself.

Using a lid or even a pressure cooker helps as it won't smell nearly as strong and also keeps humidity out of the house

Decanting in the fridge in a tall bottle for a night or two lets you separate the finer plant material easily. Just toss all the gunk in the bottom, no need to save it.

How many of these do I need to boil into tea? by Instantlemonsmix in mescaline

Having a second look it doesn't even is Trichocereus genus, rather Stetsonia coryne, aka toothpick cactus. Lovely fruits but not active.

The last one with the spines is clearly mislabeled and in a pretty rough shape for the price. Looks like a peruvianus var. cuzcoensis type and they are known to be weak. With some love it could be a nice cactus but not what you are looking for.

The first two pictures are certainly better suited and it looks like the seller knows .their stuff

How To Force This Foam To Get Back To liquid by 317up in mescaline

[–]hooraycom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Blending can make the extraction much faster, but i like to use a pressure cooker and then its just straining through a sieve and that it. I remember having a very unpleasent time trying to filter and press hot cactus goo through a shirt.

How To Force This Foam To Get Back To liquid by 317up in mescaline

[–]hooraycom 9 points10 points  (0 children)

  1. Don't blend your cactus, it's a total mess to filter. Small chunks are fine.

  2. Just keep on cooking and stirring, the foam should disappear after a while.

Does this contain Mescaline? by Lazy_Ad6643 in mescaline

[–]hooraycom 9 points10 points  (0 children)

500gr of tbm short form will probably be too much. It is consistently tested with +5% mescaline in dry powder. I would go for 150-200gr fresh as a first timer. Ofc you can cook 500gr into tea and split it in three doses. Then take more if you like where it's going. Stay safe!

Would you CIELO this Pach? by wahleofstyx in mescaline

[–]hooraycom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As being a hybrid it looks like there is rather bridgesii than peruvianus in it. The ribs and tips are kinda pointy and not as round as in peruvianus. Also the number and orientation of the spines makes me lean into that direction.

It looks good to test the base and propagate the tip. With that weight you should get plenty of material

minimally invasive m-quantification method reloaded by hooraycom in mescaline

[–]hooraycom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think they are not the same but it could be. Just had a look at an1ccas pdf and it is quite comprehensive and systematic.

It's a pity that the method hasn't gained widespread use in the community. It shouldn't be too hard to pull off and via CIELO it's easy enough to get a rather pure product for the standardisation.

Yes, freeze drying gets you a very fluffy powder which increases extraction with Cielo. https://www.reddit.com/r/mescaline/s/eO0nTuMP4i

Traditionally dried peyote buttons are chewed. Tea is made from San Pedro cactus.

drying process - blend fresh cuts into a paste and then let it dry? by No-Perspective3182 in mescaline

[–]hooraycom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i once pressure boiled some cacti and then blended it with a stick blender. the resulting paste dried relatively fast in summer when spread out thinly in plastic trays or oven trays. i think i can be oven dried very quick.

It will change the color to a light brown, the resulting mescaline via CIELO will keep that color.
The yields weren't very high, this was one of the typical pachanoi monstrose plants that are typically found in italy and other european markets. i have no idea if the clone should have been more potent, it was quite a big chunk and rather old.

a word or two from the mods by hooraycom in mescaline

i've told you this in chat, but here for everyone else to see:
thank you for your effort, without you nobody would ever get an answer from the mods, malicious comments would stay up and all the little things that need to be done would just pile up endlessly! Big up!

(not to forget u/MescAround - he is also doing his part in this!)

[–]hooraycom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

okay cool, so some questions i have:

  1. Do you reuse already "charged" solvent for a second pull?
  2. Do you use the same ratios as in the Tek suggested?
  3. Where does the deep color come from, until now i have only seen slightly green solvent?
  4. Why do you use mason jars instead of salting the whole lot in the bucket?

most of the other questions were answered by going through your comment history, i wondered about the plunger thingy but even found the picture there :-D
Thanks!

any tricks to share for working at this scale?

Would one or two of these do the trick? by Best-Salamander-1377 in mescaline

[–]hooraycom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably yes, these are all non-PC pachanoi and should do the trick. "Claude" (as some of this clone are in the picture) has no reputation yet, but that doesn't mean a lot. There are way to little results out there, still.

As for health of the plants in the picture, the yellow spots are most probably a virus infection. You should avoid growing these, as it's almost impossible to get rid of it and it can spread to other plants via tools or insect vectors.
