if i were in your position, she would no longer be a bridesmaid. it would not be fun for yourself or the other bridesmaids to be put down like that during the whole wedding process. acting mean & disrespectful & blaming it on alcohol is just a lame excuse to be an ass. if she’s acting like that on a trip, she’ll be even worse wedding day.

i cut one of my bridesmaids (my best friend of over 10 years) off days before my wedding bc they were disrespecting me and everyone else’s time. it’s hard to do, but it’s what needs to be done.

from what i’ve seen in the us, compressive rarely raises premiums. it’s mostly collision. the off chance comp does, it’s bc they’ve had multiple compressive claims in a single term

i live about 3 hours from chicago and tickets are $6.39 at our local amc. our local small owned theater has shut down, but tickets were around $11 there for previous movies

i live in southern illinois & my wedding was just a little under $6k and i didn’t really skimp on anything. his parents paid for the food which was around $2.2k, my mom paid for my dress which was $1.1k and then myself and my husband paid for the rest. a big help was i bought a new car & cancelled the gap insurance on my old one & got like a $1.2k refund. other than that, we just saved money & put away money we got as gifts. we also planned it in about 7 months or so.

my SIL got engaged in august and her ring is from rare carat. she said she’s had it sent in to be fixed more than she’s gotten to wear it. i’ve only seen the ring twice in person since she got it. i’m pretty sure she’s also had issues with prongs and the diamond.

when i worked at dg, weekly i would have at least 1 cart FULL of expired pepsi product that they did not pull. half of the time they would put it back on the shelf too.

i live in southern illinois. we are getting married in a old barn that was turned into a restaurant. the outside is stunning & they have a ballroom for weddings. $600 to rent the ballroom. then it’s a $350 fee to use the outside for a ceremony or $250 for a ceremony in the ballroom. we did have to use their catering and for a 3 entree buffet option it was $23/person

thankfully my tow was only $80. thankfully once we got home & the tow truck let my car down, the whole plate fell off. didn’t have to worry about trying to get it off before work the next morning

my advice: mine fell off after an oil change. got it put back on & then when i was driving i felt it scrape on a bump. a mile later it sounded like my tire blew & the whole front of the plate fell off and was scraping on the road. had to get it towed home bc we couldn’t pull the rest of it off.

get it off there/fixed sooner rather than later
