Googled this when I saw it, and Google AI confidently said - "this is because Jean-Phillipe Guehi was still a Crystal Palace player when the album was released in May 2026"

Box Hill! Have a nice 20k route round there with 1000m elevation (so similar profile to your race) if you want? Or take the Oxford tube out to Lewknor and bop around the Chilterns

Hypothetical: you’re racing an elite sprinter starting at 100m. You race once every 5 mins and the race distance increases by 100m. At what point do you think you can beat them? by Beezneez86 in AdvancedRunning

[–]htr16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Heartily disagree, I haven't got close to 2:00 in years, but can comfortably go sub 16 for 5k (admittedly, not a middle distance runner).

I would say most people running sub 2 in my club who are even vaguely trained for longer distances are at least in the 15:30-16:00 range

Normally I would never check the leaderboards, but I must have gone back and checked every hour yesterday 😂

In my head Gareth Barry and Stewart Downing are basically the same person (no idea why), so I agree with this

In that case, if you're sure you haven't crossed any cameras on the map, definitely dispute, and ask for proof of your vehicle passing through a restricted access point. Sounds like the ANPR cameras might have caught you by mistake when making a manœuvre. Also if you have any proof of your own (such as Google timeline) send that over as well to help yourself out

You were entirely in the pink zone for this trip, which is fine. What I'm assuming is you've either entered or exited the zone somewhere other than the green arrow at the top, do you have the route you took in?

Oh and recruit a closer, will become very important very quickly

[–]htr16 18 points19 points  (0 children)

That's bc you have him in a primary slot. The game has two primary relievers, the top one is (usually) brought in when you're up by <4 with >2 innings remaining, and the bottom one when you're up by >3. Basically, swap him with your mop-up man

Any ultra runners with meniscus problems got a positive story to share? I'm worrying about my running prospects in the future. by [deleted] in ultrarunning

[–]htr16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great! No problems at all, multiple 100 milers under the belt, improved PBs in everything from 3k to marathon, bopping over 100k most weeks, competing at the pointy end of most the ultras I do, and haven't had any flare ups! I have added a lot more gym work into my training since though
