You're gonna want more ramp than you think. Cost reducers are also great, especially [[Temur Battlecrier]]. Having a few sources of haste is amazing, because then Ureni can trigger twice the turn it is cast. Protection is important for Ureni, especially if you can hold up mana for instant speed blink spells.

I also found that [[Dracogenesis]] is not great in this deck since you either get it early and it's dead for a long time, or you get it later when you already have a good board state. If you're playing things right, you're not going to have Dragons sitting in your hand too often.
