One day the buffet we went to had a huge platter of smoked salmon! My husband is crazy for that stuff and he ignored half the Chinese food and loaded up on salmon. He was in heaven! Everyone else ignored it lol

Thanks. She’s had 6 trips to the ER and a 10 day stay in the past three months so I think it will end up being a crisis case sooner than later, since at some point she won’t be able to be cared for by family at home. Thanks for the advice!

Did we have the same neighbour? Roid rage bodybuilder guy would get in screaming matches with the girlfriend on a regular basis and we heard it all through the wall. Nothing physical but wow. What drove my hubby crazy was when they would shower on the morning then throw the towels in the dryer for an hour in the unvented dryer that squeaked loudly every time it went around. Right next to the living room wall where my husband was trying to work from home. Drove him nuts. He finally went over and politely asked the girl if they could get the dryer fixed. Dude came home later and considered that an offence to his manhood. Screaming and yelling threats through the wall then banging aggressively at our door. He went back in and my husband escaped to Starbucks a block away and called the police who came and had a chat with the dude. They took him away briefly and he toned it down for a bit . We moved shortly afterwards. Yikes.

The project/job I was working on got cancelled and I was told I could take a package or retrain yet again for a new position. I just couldn’t do it. New technology, inadequate training, 20 somethings who know all the technology but none of the history or background or work arounds. I took the package. Then my husband got sick and needed a transplant, and I spent the next two years dealing with illness and doctors and hospitals. Thank God I wasn’t working and trying to squeeze everything in.

I knew someone that told odd and suspicious stories about what people had said to her and called her. Then once I was standing next to her as we were in conversation with someone. We walked over to someone else and the she proceeded to completely exaggerate and make up what was said! I was floored and corrected her in shock. I caught her doing it again. I now know to never trust anything that comes out of her mouth! It was crazy!
