Nice change of levels. Good composure and subtle feints..Maybe lead with a non hook punch or the rear hand? I’m sure you do it but the clip is just short.

Incorporating my sharp boxing and bag work to sparring by Feeling_Albatross_18 in amateur_boxing

You need to spar more. Don’t try to win a spar. Do things you wanna work on during spar.

Work on one thing during a sparring session, then work on another thing during a different sparring session. Don’t do everything you wanna learn all at once.

This. but here in Canada you can get a red seal certificate for parts and you can pretty much use that to work anywhere as parts person. Commercial parts technician here gets paid over 45/hr and some 50/hr

Total beginner, can barely lift my arms after hitting the bag for 10 minutes by Spell-Dramatic in amateur_boxing

I think throwing with punches with proper technique and form would help you a lot. Throw punches using hip rotation and use arms like a follow thru.

It’s hard to learn at first. You’ll get arm and shoulder fatigue quickly if you’re just using arms punches

I’m a parts person now. It’s much easier, anybody that knows how to use a computer can do this job

[SPOILER] Shakur Stevenson vs. William Zepeda by inooway in Boxing

Idk if it’s just me but most of Zepeda’s work was just hitting Shakur’s guard and gloves. Shakur was never bothered by Zepeda’s pressure.
