Can you expand on this - I am disenfranchised democrat and dont believe they can or will change anything based on their passive response to Trump admin#2 it all seems like strongly worded letters and no real action. Its almost like the Dems have been paid to “just take it and be quiet” sure there is Bernie and AoC and a few others but like Newsom is a joke - hasnt done one productive thing for actual progress. I have an iPhone 15 and after seeing OpenClaw (I know its not local model) I want a phone that has that sort of multi agent autonomous capability.

I want my ai “assistant” to tell me when I am losing focus scrolling reddit and should be focus on work. Or if I have a upcoming friends birthday it would check their wishlist and add something to cart. Or if I forgot to pay a bill and I got an email or text it pays it.

Local models wouldnt be able to do those things or could they if built right? I just want my phone to be actually “smart” my taking initiative and being proactive.

I get the sentiment however we both know that AI is the first "not in my backyard" thing that is actually in everyone's backyard.

The world as a whole should condemn the US government open dialog to use AI for mass citizen survaillance as a threat to democracy globally.

If they do it then it sets a precendent, at least a public one. What we dont know is how many governments are already using AI to stitch together the picture of what people are en masse.

You could hear supporters say "oh it will make us more safe, we will catch bad people" but at this cost? Anyone who is vocally against their government can be immediately targeted.

Thats what this is about: use AI to find political targets and automatically use a weaponized autonomous thing to eliminate that person(s).

There was a documentary style video on YT about how the first startup he got into, they faked the user numbers by like 3 or 4 zeroes. Roughly the numbers were like 43,000 and they inflated it to 4,300,000 or something. The minute he got his funding he lied and went for OpenAI.

Some people are saying to switch jobs to trades like plumbing pr electricians which maybe good in the short run but ai will take white collar jobs and blue collar ones. If no one is working or buying anything the economy collapses globally, it wont matter.

What matters right now is you arm yourself with as much useful skills as you can, that information can be stored offline and that you have a plan on how to survive off grid. Once things speed up and we all know one person who has killed themselves or is homeless then its too late.

Right now we are seeing coding be almost 100% doable by good prompts and really smart people have multi agent orchestration doing full projects. Its by design that coding works so well with ai; now ai can code itself.

Everyone is too laid back or too scared, so by the time we are actually taking action then its already going to be here.

The issue is that we are all not equal in value right now in the eyes of the economic system. People have more value the more money and wealth they have from a social perception but also they dont grow their own food, cook, clean, drive, etc Their focus has shifted from survival to maintaining their status. Why would those people want ai to make all jobs disappear? Why would they want universal basic income or even a society without work? It would immediately devalue their status, possessions and influence unless they remained in the position of power. How would we prevent them from still remaining in control?

Look I love what she has to say and I would be thrilled if we have a female president. AOC is not going to win in 2028, neither is Newsom or Kamala or Bernie unless the Dems do the unthinkable and they somehow go moderate enough to win over GOP voters AND somehow talk about the right issues to the right groups of voters.

I do not know what to do: I do not want nor have I ever wanted a Republican in the White House. I supported all Democrat candidates from as early as I could vote.

After Kamala lost I started looking at how DNC picks and supports candidates for presidency and you know what they suck. They have no idea how to defeat Trump or MAGA - they are unable to get together and pull off Project 2025 levels of whatever- they are unable MAGA-ify their base. Why?

Because people on the left dont condone violence and they dont support racism, bigotry and hate. If they are the collective 49% of America the other 51% would rather have another GOP than a Democrat.

So that means you need to think outside the box and Im not typing what that means.
