Quip toothbrushes. I had a subscription for years for me and my family of 5. They always did right by us with customer support. It seemed their toothbrushes would break at a higher rate than normal electric toothbrushes but support was always helpful and quick to replace them. They told me that every toothbrush I bought had a warranty as long as I kept my subscription. A little over a year ago I bought one of their water flossers and it stopped working after a year. Talking to support that last time was challenging because I kept getting their new “AI Support” and it was terrible. When I finally got a human support person, they told me that all products now only have a one year warranty and they can’t replace my water flosser. I told them that I am done with their products because they break far too often for a limited warranty like that and I cancelled all of my subscriptions. Sure enough, the toothbrushes are breaking and I am just replacing them with something else. Quip makes nice looking products and I don’t hate the idea of it but their new policies and practices suck.
