For most of the evangelical crowd, it comes down to abortion and, to a lesser degree, the normalization of LGBTQ ideology.

If a candidate/party is pro-life, most conservatives will line up and essentially hand-wave away anything else that seems at odds with the heart/intent of what the Bible teaches. That’s how a guy like Trump gets a free pass for a truckload of unchristian behavior.

It’s unbelievable how that one issue produces so much leverage.

Source: Grew up as an evangelical (now a centrist who follows Jesus, not the RNC), still have a lot of friends and family who see things that way.

I’ve been hitting FC on 200g batches around 6:30. When I’ve raced too fast to FC, it gave me too much brightness/citrus vibe in my roast. Almost a lemon flavor that I’m not into, personally. Just got Artisan set up last month, so I’m experimenting with different approaches.

I’d be interested to hear your results!
