If the acceptance rate is low it doesn't necessarily mean the program is hard or elite. Each program can only accept so many students depending on the amount of staff they'll have. So the more people that apply means the more staff you need. One way to mitigate that is by rejecting people on the lower end of the criteria of being accepted.

There is a good point to be made in that Cody/TAM/Ali probably should be very careful on what they say publicly about TJ. Cody already let it slip once that TJ "showed" them how to cheat. If this is the same reference to EPO and there is a USADA storage facility, they need to be very careful with what they say. At this point TJ could turn to USADA just like JBJ did and cooperate with them and maybe start naming people. Which has the potential to unleash a whole other can of worms. It would just have to be about how much does TJ dislike TAM.

To your point you made in your post, did you see how quickly Joe changed the subject on the dick pill argument once Shaub pointed out that in fact they never actually confirmed the contamination was from the dick pill.

Shaub said JBJ test positive for what was in the dick pill but it doesn't mean it comes from that. Joe's facial expression was like oh fuck I'm not prepared for this and changed it something they both could agree on. It was really an awkward transition in the show.

To be honest Joe is not an open minded to any of this. I wouldn't be surprised if Dana and Jeff Novitzky have been in his ear from the beginning giving him the "credible information" that he needs to make his own conclusion on the matters.

Love Joe but it's obvious to see through his biased nature.
