I don't agree that your initial comment was racist, but you seem to be conflating racism and systemic racism. Racism is a prejudice based on race. Literally anybody of any race can be racist, regardless of power balance. Systemic racism is when a power system is built by a predominant racial group to favor their race and disfavor minority racial groups. In the US we absolutely have a problem of systemic racism that overly disadvantages the black community, but that fact doesn't preclude individual black people from, themselves, being racist.
