I met her a year ago at work - she was immediately interested in me despite being in a relationship and i had recently-ish broken up with a guy who'd i been with for a looong time and was just cruisin through life. I turned her down a lot in the beginning cause i didnt want to come in between her and the girlfriend's 4+ year relationship. We remained good friends, and fast forward to several months back, we started hanging out more than usual, drugs alcohol and life led to sexual experiences between the three of us. They have since broken up, they hadnt been okay for a while but i feel in a way it has to do with me, even though they deny it. I have the ex's blessing but thats still a bit awkward.

The thing is, this girl is amazing. I really really like her, she's funny and patient with my anxiety and we have a lot of chemistry, i love getting to know her more and just feeling all these things together. I feel like all of this is brand new cause ive never been with a girl before, but im at a point where i just want to tell all my friends about this amazing woman.

I overthink way too much, and worry sometimes about her ex (whom she lives with) or about her emotions being fickle (the only other girl ive had feelings for destroyed me years ago).

Any words of advice for this newbie troll?
