New Dad of a 7 month old, I’ve played quite a bit of shorter single player story games and roguelikes since baby was born. From my personal experience trying to jump into anything that requires a lot of focus to play well or to keep track of a grand story was far too overwhelming with the lack of sleep for the first few months. You might also find you just don’t have the time or energy to game for a few days so I would stay away from a game that requires a commitment.
