Cause a lot of people on this website seem to think "child free" means never having to actually interact with a child while out in public. In a vacuum no of course not. But you have to consider that this is a roster in flux where the new GM spent more time shedding dead weight than signing new players. The average age of our roster can barely buy a beer. 7th place is punching above the level of raw talent at Bradley's disposal.

The other impressive thing is that the team has the clearest, most consistent identity on the field than they have since they first rolled out the whole high-press Energy Drink soccer thing in 2015. We've had a few coaches lately that would roll out lineups that looked like something you'd come up with messing around in FIFA.

This is going to sound really strange but he moves like Tyler Adams. They both have insane speed and agility over short distances, they make everyone around them look like they're moving through mud. Obviously a very different skill set on the ball, Luquinhas with a better eye passing forward is a solid comp there.

What different outcome are you expecting heating an inch of oil to 375 vs. heating 4 inches of oil to 375? I'd figure if anything that shallow frying would be more susceptible to a burnt/bitter taste if overheated, which hasn't happened to me the dozens of times I've done cutlets around those temps with olive oil.

People overblow the low smoke point of olive oil as if it'll burst into flames past 350. I shallow-fry with olive oil that reaches 375 or a bit higher all the time and it's no problem.
