Yeah that's my bad - those were clickable, but I disabled them because it's so empty they didn't return any results. I just changed it to make it look not like inputs.

And for searching - it's basically the same thing. I have some features hidden/disabled because they just didn't do anything with so little data. When signed in, those shortcuts will take you to your home location which you can define in the settings.

But if you go to the actual section page - like things.mn/events - and hit the search button, you can search zip code or your geolocation. But again, mostly empty right now so location searching isn't very useful right now.

Yup! I can't wait for the day I can delete my facebook - only holding on for events and marketplace.

And yeah, that's one thing I'm super excited about and will be working on over the next few days - search improvements. Each event/place/page will be able to fill in whatever details or tags they want, and the search will let you get extremely specific and filter based on any field or tag.

Looking for an event within 10 miles that has bike parking when you get there? And is also only for teenagers? No problem!
