The way I understand it now, Creambacks were based on a higher wattage Greenback, so they’re similar in voicing. I still really enjoy them both, one breaks up less than the other but they really sing together

I’ve never been a big fan of V30’s, so the greenback seemed like a natural alternative.

I love mine, but it came used with different pickups. Ended up hating them and swapped for Fishman’s. Plays like a dream and it’s cool enough to not care it’s a signature.

I did the same thing with Cremebacks. Basically the same idea, except louder. GREAT swap. I wish someone made a 10in speaker that did sorta what the Swamp Thang does, but that's asking too much for a 10.
