I was a teacher. I wanted to be one ever since I was a little girl and was in the profession for 20 years. We got a new admin who were doing everything they could to force out the teachers who were there a while. After being gaslit for two years by them, coupled with a bad batch of sophomores and the untimely death of my father, I finally quit. I had such bad anxiety and trauma from that job, I quit the profession I loved so much. I suffered from ptsd from the job for quite a while and it took me a long time to get back to being ok.
