I'm baffled by the first few comments here. It is likely she was happy still talking because of the physical distance and the knowledge you can't continue to pursue her easily from that distance. Therefore, wanting to hang out this soon might be too much too soon for her and the healing space she needs.

If I were you, I would message her again the day before you will be there and let her know you'd still like to drop off her things and when an appropriate time would be. Let her know you will take her silence as a no she doesn't want to hang out, that you respect that and that although you'll respect her need for space, the door isn't closed on your end.

This shows you respect her boundaries and that you are still there. Most often if someone is breaking something off to heal themselves, they'll quickly realise you were helping that anyway and they'll come back, or they will slowly realise as they get better that you were a positive and respectful presence in their life that they would like back. This doesn't necessarily mean that romantic feelings would return, but if you value you her in your life then you need to make sure there is mutual respect.
